                                                                      pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter.
                                                                      Arrange pineapple slices on brown sugar. Place cherry in center of
                                                                      each pineapple slice, and arrange remaining cherries around slices;
                                                                      press gently into brown sugar.

1       Heat oven to 350°F. Place cones unpright in medium muffin cups, 2 1/2x1
        1/4 inches, or rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Mix flour, sugar, malted milk
        powder, cocoa, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat oil, vinegar
        and vanilla with wire whisk. Stir oil mixture and water into flour mixture
        about 1 minute or until well mixed. Pour batter into
        cones, filling each to within about 1 inch of top.

                                          1   Place an egg separator over a small bowl. Crack open 1 egg over the egg separator

                                              another recipe.) In a small bowl, place the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with a fork or wire
                                              whisk until mixed. Stir in 1 1/2 cups milk; set aside.

Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time. Beat in chocolate, 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in remaining chocolate cake ingredients on 2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Divide batter evenly between 2 pans. flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ½ teaspoon salt Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, ½ cup sour cream about 1 hour. BANANA CAKE 3 In medium bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar ½ cup butter or margarine, softened with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until ½ cup granulated sugar blended. Beat in 1 egg; beat 1 minute. Beat in bananas, 1/4 cup sour 1 egg cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and the banana extract. Beat in remaining banana cake ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Pour ¾ cup mashed ripe bananas into remaining pan. (1½ medium) ¼ cup sour cream 4 Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out ½ teaspoon vanilla clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, ½ teaspoon banana extract about 1 hour. 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour 5 In medium bowl, beat 1 cup butter with electric mixer on medium speed ½ teaspoon baking soda until fluffy. Beat in peanut butter, 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Gradually beat in remaining 3 1/2 cups ½ teaspoon baking powder powdered sugar, beating after each addition until smooth. ¼ teaspoon salt EASY PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING 6 Place 1 chocolate cake layer on serving plate; spread with 1/3 cup 1 cup butter or margarine, softened frosting. Place banana cake layer on frosted layer; spread with 1/3 cup frosting. Top with chocolate cake layer. Frost side and top of cake with 1 cup creamy peanut butter remaining frosting. Garnish with peanuts and chocolate chips.
