Characteristics of a Good Quality Presentation
 Number of lines: Include max 5 to 8 lines.
 Font-size: The font size should be such that the audience
can easily read the contents.
 Correct use of grammar and language: Content must be
error free in terms of grammar and spellings.
 Inserting images, drawings, tables or graphs: Avoid
inserting more than two graphics on a slide.

 Use of colours: Use dark colours, bold letters with
different fonts to highlight certain points.
 Animation and videos: Do not include more than one
animation or video in one slide.
 Pay attention to the target group: Focus on the content,
sequence of the topics such that it attracts the attention of
the audience.

Closing a presentation
 To close a presentation, select File -> Close or use the
keyboard shortcut key.
 To open a presentation, select File -> Open or use the
keyboard shortcut key Ctrl +O.
 It opens the Open dialog box. Specify
the file location in the Look in field,
select the file and open with the Open command.
