Grapevine Station:
Western motif with oil rig for Riechman Pe-
troleum.
Full concrete mural spans approximately 50’
across by 30’ tall.
Created with decorative concrete, added to a
plain tilt up wall construction. All the exterior
walls were hand troweled and hand stained to
give the buildings a designer finish. A great way
to bring character to tilt up construction. Total
of 4 buildings were included in this project.
One building had massive timbers along the top
edge, which were actually created with carved
Styrofoam & coated in decorative concrete.
This gave the appearance of very expensive
timbers, without the cost & the weight factor.
Client: Gary Hazlewood
Owner of Westwood Development,
Grapevine, Texas
Time Frame: 3 weeks for mural wall
Price: $60,00

Western Motif: Reichmann Petroleum Building, playroom for kids, doubles as a party room in the evening for clients. Old tin wall
actually acts as a magnetic wall for posting notices. The custom wagon is sized deep to hold Legos by day and serving trays by night.
Food & beverages are served in the wagon during parties. Texas oil landscape covers all 4 walls, with a real cedar post fence to add
depth. Tee Pee custom made with oilman’s logo worked into the design. Tee Pee is an area for quieter kids to play or read. Best part is
the old storefront. The Dutch style door allows for a hiding place for the wires & equipment for playing games on the big screen TV
monitor. Painting of the Buckaroo cowboy is painted on stretched canvas.
Client: Reichmann Petroleum Company, Grapevine, Texas
Time Frame: 3 weeks
Price: $30,00
