Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts except the lip
seals with cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to
dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If
any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the
components, if necessary.

1. Install spring pin (6) into plate (7) .
2. Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolt (8). Install bearing assembly (2), spacer (3), hub
assembly (4), bearing assembly (5), plate (7), and bolt (8) onto bracket assembly (1).
Tighten bolt (8) to a torque of 115 ± 15 N·m (85 ± 11 lb ft).
