This document summarizes an intensive three-day training course offered by Chartwell Consulting to help participants enhance their troubleshooting skills. The course uses an industrial simulator to provide a realistic problem-solving experience for complex issues. Participants work through case studies in small groups, receiving classroom instruction and using the simulator to identify failures and their root causes. The goal is to help people develop skills in pattern recognition, teamwork and verifying process information to solve otherwise "unsolvable" problems. Feedback from past participants highlighted the professional and challenging environment for improving their abilities.
