3. Cashew Kernel Cost of Production :
Working on 90days on Konkan Breed Cashew Nuts
For 90days required 90Ton cashew available @ Rs.150/- per kg. (Rs.1,35,00,000/-)
We are assuming 15 days credit here, so we are required Rs.22,50,000/- primary
investment for raw material.
We can buy all 90days raw material and keep it in Govt. Godown and pledge it to the
bank , we shall get 80% of market value from bank.
As per govt. norms we have to pay Rs.250/- rural area and Rs.350/- in urban area , we
shall consider Rs.300/- for calculation i.e. 300*90*10= Rs.2,70,000/-
Electricity Charges Rs.25,000/-p.m. * 3 = Rs.75,000/-

in very competitive rates from multiple manufacturer, we are procuring raw material for
food processing also. We re handling Below The Line Advertisement & Marketing
methods for our client as per client demand mentioned in mandate.
We are charging Rs.3,00,000/- for above mentioned main project and two affiliated
project consultancy charges And Rs.2,00,000/- for Loan Availability Consultancy
Charges. As per Mandate we are charging Rs.50,000/- (Non refundable) advance for
project consultancy charges and Rs.25000/- (Non Refundable) advance for loan
proposal. In all we are providing 6month free retainership for smooth conduct of
project after commission of project. Further more retainership will chargeable @
Rs.30,000/- per month atleast for 1year.
