ผู้ป่วยมีไข้ไม่ไอ ไม่มีน้ามูก ไม่มีเสมหะ ไปเข้ารับการรักษาที่สถานีอนามัย ได้รับยา
ฆ่าเชื้อ และยาลดไข้มารับประทาน อาการดีขึ้น ไข้ลงดี
02 Day PTA
หลังจากผู้ป่วยกลับมาจากโรงเรียน มีอาการปวดสะโพกซ้าย มีไข้ขาซ้าย
ยกงอค้างอยู่ท่าเดิมไม่ยอมขยับขา ไม่ยอมเดิน จึงไปเข้ารับการรักษาที่อนามัย
ได้ยาแก้ปวดมารับประทาน อาการปวดไม่ทุเลา ไม่มีประวัติการกระทบ
กระแทก จึงเข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา
