journey that involves exploring one's interests and passions,
identifying potential career paths, and taking steps to achieve
career goals.
 Career development involves several stages, including self-
assessment, career exploration, career planning, and career
management. Self-assessment involves reflecting on one's skills,
interests, and values to identify potential career paths that align
with one's goals and aspirations. Career exploration involves
researching different occupations and industries to gain a better
understanding of the skills, education, and experience required to
succeed in various careers
