1. Many individuals from organizations involved in integrated care in Eastern Cheshire pledged ways to promote awareness and adoption of the "Caring Together" brand and principles. 2. Pledges included attaching the Caring Together logo to emails, raising awareness among staff, patients and the public, ensuring materials and plans reference Caring Together, and living by the principles in their work. 3. The goal is to champion Caring Together and fully embed its aims and values into integrated care programs and services across Eastern Cheshire.
