I have just completed a short secondment at Magdalen House where I worked in a Nursing
Assistant capacity which involved providing care and personal support for nursing home residents
which included bathing, assistance with washing, dressing, and eating, social and emotional
engagement. I am currently based at Magdalen House two days a week in addition to my role
within Kimbrose where I am looking at the Social Engagement of Residents on a one-two-one
base with a view of developing personalised social engagement plans.
