Introduction
Since I was young technology fascinated me and I wanted to know
how it worked and how to make it. My uncles showed me the career path in
engineering young to accomplish my dream. I decided to become a Computer
Engineer because it is a diverse engineer that can do electrical engineering along
with software programming.
My official degree was a Bachelor of science in Engineering and
Technology: Concertation of Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer
Science that I received from MiddleTennessee State University. I studied many
courses dealing with digital circuits, digital signals,AC circuit analysis,
instrumentation and controls, PLC, microprocessor interfacing, LAN, PCB design,
electronics, C++,C# andAssembly Language.
I see myself as a self-motivated individual who work hard and
motivates others. I see myself as a very valuable team member because I work well
in groups by finding my role and ensuring other team members are motivated and
focused throughout the project. I bring stable positive energy into group work
whenever I come into work on a project. No matter the task at hand I will always
give it my all to ensure the best results possible.
In my spare time I try to give back to my community any way I can. I
joined many groups such as United Hearts of Murfreesboro to give back to the
homeless in our city.We would hold events to give to the homeless as well as
events to feed them. I would also tutor many of my friends and classmates in
numerous subjects. People find it easy to ask me questions and I have a way to
make sense to people.

Projects:
Smart Mirror Powered By Amazon Alexa
In this project I created a mirror that would display useful information to the user such as news,
weather, date & time. The mirror will also be powered by an Artificial Intelligence. The A.I. will
allow the mirror to respond to the user’s request for information and the ability to control smart
devices and play music.
Academic
Area of
Study
• Bachelor of Science Engineering andTechnology:
Concentration in Computer Engineering and
Technology. With a Minor in Computer Science.
GPA: 3.00 / 4.00 Major GPA: 3.30/4.00
• Selected EngineeringCourses: AC Circuit, Digital
Circuit design , Electronics , Intro to microprocessors,
Programmable Logic Controllers, Instrumentation and
Controls, Industrial Electricity, LocalArea Networks,
Printed Circuit Board design, Senior Project.
• Selected Computer Science Course: C++( Computer
Science I & II), C#(Object-orient programming),
Assembly Language, Intro to Numerical Analysis.
Skills • AC and DC circuit design and analysis –The ability to
create and provide maintenance to a Direct Current circuit
or Alternating Current circuit.
• Digital Circuit Design – the ability to design circuit based
on basic logic gates, encodes, etc. Read digital signals
from input.
• Programmable Logic Controller - ability to write ladder
logic programs for PLC to carryout specific functions
• Industrial Electronics – Ability to understand various
motors.
• Local Area Networks – ability to set up network using the
7 layer OSI model
• Microprocessor Development – ability to build and write
code for specific projects using a microcontroller
• Programming Languages – ability to write code in the
following languages: C++, C#, ASM, Python, pBasic.
Projects • Smart Mirror Powered by Amazon’s Alexa –This was
my senior project that I personally designed and built.
The project was powered by a single RaspberryPi that
ran Python code that accessedAmazon’s Alexa service
while also displaying useful information behind a two
way Plexiglas .
• To activateAlexa the user must first press and hold the
button mounted to the side and than speak the
command. She will return the answer in the for of
audio. The display will remain constant showing
current time & date, weather and news headlines.
Project
Cont.
• Projects using a microcontroller:
Color door lock – required a sequence of 4 colors be displayed in front of the
sensor to unlock the door
Tilt Maze Game – Using accelerometer data to create a tilt maze game onto a
LCD screen. The user will try to navigate a ball through a designed maze.
ParkingAssistant – Using a PING sensor along with a LCD to create parking
assistant. With the sensor’s data I displayed distance from closes object and would
beep if too close to an object.
Alarm System – Using a PIR sensor to detect movement in a house and a required
button press to reset alarm.
• Projects with C++
World Clock –This program was a world clock that displayed the time in every
time zone.
Blackjack game – created a simple 1 player vs the dealer blackjack card game
Database – Created data base for school file that would search for student by
name, major, year, etc.
• Projects using C#
Uber windows phone app – the app would use the user location to disperse the
closer uber driver to the location.
Database – created application to sort parts by price, type, and use.
Simple Calculator – simple WPF to carry out simple arithmetic.
Career
Goals
• To get my first job at place that will allow me to grow
and guide me in the right direction. I wish to become
either a Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer,
Software Engineer,Controls Engineer or AudioVisual
Engineer. I want to work in the field of technology to
become apart of something new that could benefit
others around me in a positive manner. At the end of
the day wish to be successful at career.
