Gone are the days…
 When people joined jobs and dropped anchor till
retirement
 When one’s pay and position increased with years
of service put in
 When people did the same job all through their
service
 When Companies lasted for ever
 When one’s qualifications/ IQ only mattered

Venture Career
• T&E (hop & find)
• Head-Start
You are now at a crossroads. This is
your opportunity to make the most
important decision you will ever
make. Forget your past.
Who are you now? Who have you
decided you really are now? Don't
think about who you have been. Who
are you now? Who have you decided
to become?
Make this decision consciously. Make it
carefully. Make it powerfully.
“Who You Are” is for You to Decide
Discovering your “BE”:
‘What you want to be”
• What activities do you enjoy performing?
• What are you good at? (list skills, talents, and
special knowledge)
• Think of a time you did something meaningful,
that was satisfying to you?
• List QUALITIES you are proud of ... and describe
WHY?
• Describe your VISION of an "ideal world" if you
could make it happen?
• What would you like to be remembered for?

Our Deepest Fear
By Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
