Design Concept
A pot for potting ceramic art is suitable for soilless cultivation. The pot is a national patent for keeping its
roots hydrated and ventilated. The lazy flowerpot is a double-layer structure, the upper is planted area,
the lower is storage area, water through soft absorbent fiber to the upper layer.
The double layer water storage structure ensures the plant to have enough stable water source,
guarantees the plant healthy growth, simultaneously clean and beautiful, the watering is convenient.
用于陶艺的盆栽适用于土壤及其栽培。该锅是保持其根系水分和通风
的一项国家专利。懒人花盆是双层结构,上层是种植区,下层是储藏
区,水通过柔软的吸收性纤维流到上层。双层蓄水结构,确保植物有
足够的稳定水源,保证植物健康生长,同时干净美观,浇水方便。

Fish Tank Controller
 The waste at the bottom of the tank (mainly the excrement of fish)
can be directly picked up and put into the flowerpot to reduce the
inconvenience of waste disposal (environmentally friendly).
 The system can set different humidity requirements accordingto different flower
seeds, and water accurately, which is more suitable for the growth of different
flower seeds rather then using traditionalwatering by customers.
 The system can change the environmentculture suggested by the users
according to the temperature and culture conditions of different flower seeds and
the data from the temperature sensor.
 Fish tank water supply can realize automatic water
renewal and ensure water quality.
 Connect the cotton rope through the automatic control device.
According to the data of the humidity sensor, when the humidity
reaches a certain level, pull the cotton rope and stop watering, which
can prevent the plants from rotting roots due to too much watering.

 The water status will be displayed in a via app along with the sensors checking for its current temperature and humidity based on different
kinds of flowers.
 The height of the water will be maintained due to the sensor effect.

Scamper
Substitute——Instead of letting us over watch the condition of both fishes and plants,
we can place an automatic sensor to control the height, temperature & humidity of the
water.
Combine—— We combine both plants and water environment in order to preserved the
circulation of capillarity process as well as both habitat will remain beautiful and clean.
Adapt——Both environment supports one another. The water environment will be clean
and all fishes will remain healthy as the fish residues, and other waste are transferred to
the pot for plants to grow healthy.

Modify——Our main ideas are putting both environments into separate layers. This is
where the flower pot and the fish tank comes into the picture, the capillary tube delivers
water to the soil for mineral absorption by the plants.; Fish residues will be transferred to
the pot to fertilize the soil, which helps all plants healthy growth. Reversely, the water
tank will not be poisonous due to the waste transfer.
Put——We can set a system to fulfill the necessity for all fish & plants. The data will be
displayed inside the control system according to the specific time. [Example: All kinds of
data for both fishes and plants keeps on update for every 1-2 hours.]

Eliminate—— 1. Removes the filter required for the fish tank itself (used to filter
fish)
2. Remove the watering kettle for watering flowers.
Reverse—— Based on our project, We think about how others solve the problem that
we need to solve is how the flowerpots need to be watered. and also we think about the
shortcomings and improvement methods of the lazy flowerpot based on them.
