Cancer Cancer has over 100 types and these types are commonly named as the tissues or organs from which it is formed. The most common examples include that brain cancer starts in brain cells and lung cancer start with the lung cells. The cells which form cancer are also used for describing cancer such as the squamous cell or epithelial cell. The information about childhood cancer or the spread of cancer in adults is also different. This paper will present four types of cancer for better understanding. Sarcoma This type of cancer is commonly found in soft tissues and bones. Most of the times it includes the body components such as the fibrous tissues, fats, lymph vessels, and blood vessels. The occurrence is in the ligaments or tendons. The most common bone in which this cancer is formed is called osteosarcoma. Some of the soft tissues which are prone to get this type of cancer include leiomyosarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, Kaposi sarcoma, liposarcoma, and dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans. This start with the connective tissues which are the supporting tissues. This is most commonly found cancer which is grouped in the soft tissue sarcoma and bone sarcoma. The bone is more common as compared to the soft tissue sarcoma. Carcinomas This cancer starts from the epithelial tissue and this is found on the outside covering of the skin. This is also found in the organs which are present inside the body including the organs like the digestive system. The lining takes place in the cavities of the body where the abdominal cavity and chest cavity are the most common examples. This is the most common type of cancer which is the occurrence around 85% of the times in the UK. Adenocarcinoma is one sub – type of this cancer which is commonly found in the epithelial cells and become a reason for the production of mucus and fluids. The tissues in which such type of cell is present are called as the granular tissues. Most of these cancers are found in prostate, breast and colon. Some of the other types in this cancer include the cancer of ureters, kidneys and bladder which come under the category of transitional cell carcinomas. Leukemia This cancer is found in the tissues which form blood and are present in the bone marrow. The tissues of bone marrow are known as leukemia and these are the cancers which are not found in the solid form of tumour. However, there are a lot of white blood cells which are built up in the bone marrow and start crowding out the normal cells of the blood. This makes it difficult for the body to facilitate the tissues with oxygen and control the infections and bleedings. There are few of the common types of leukemia which include the chronic, acute or the types of blood in which this cancer is started known as myeloid and lymphoblastic. Lymphoma Lymphoma cancer begins in the B cells and T cells which are also called as the lymphocytes. These are the disease - fighting cells in the form of white blood cells and they are the p.
