To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter as my personal recommendation for Nicholas Weller. During his recent co-op
placement at Canadian Tire I was his manager within the Social Team. During his tenure with our team
Nicholas demonstrated that he could learn new tasks and processes quickly and easily, accept feedback
and take prompt action on suggestions, and create excellent analytical reports.
Besides his strong work ethic, The Social Team enjoyed having Nicholas as a part of the team over his
term. It took Nicholas a little bit of time to acclimate to a larger organization and team but he was very
diligent about taking feedback and making changes. He has shown strong growth and maturity and
showed us that he really valued his time at Canadian Tire. Nicholas has done very well learning and
developing his skill set in Social Analytics and was an asset to the team in this area as the requests for
analytics continue to grow.
Nicholas would be a great addition and asset to any organization and I highly recommend him for
employment.
