company. Nicholas was hired in June 2012 as a sales associate for LUSH Cosmetics Union Square and
worked in the store until February 2013.
Nicholas is a motivated, determined and diligent worker. During his time with LUSH Cosmetics Union
Square he developed quickly, rising from sales associate to floor leader within three months. He was
eager to develop in the store and was always willing to take on any extra projects and
responsibilities. Throughout the nine months that I worked with Nicholas, he took on the challenge
of running the store’s social media, successfully implementing a social media strategy that not only
increased our profile by 20% but that directly impacted footfall in the store as a result. He was also
an active member of Union Square’s training team and head of party planning. He was eager to
coach and develop sales associates and worked closely with the Union Square management team
during his professional development with the company.
Nicholas had a loyal clientele base and developed a wonderful rapport with customers. He worked
well with a large team and was able to lead and motivate the staff in a hugely positive way. His
enthusiasm to train fellow employees and his passion for the brand spread throughout the team. As
