The document discusses how social media is not just another marketing channel, but rather a way to establish relationships with customers. It argues that businesses should focus on creating meaningful experiences for customers each time they engage on social media, bringing them closer to the business, and establishing patterns of ongoing engagement through content, destinations for further information, and ways to stay engaged over time or share content with others. The goal is to move customers further through the sales process with each interaction rather than treating social media as just another impersonal marketing funnel.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
ย
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
ย
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

This isnโt the only pattern, but it is the simplest
8. Something to
talk about
hat is important to your community, and how are you adding value there?
hat are you going to say that your community will want to respond to?
9. A destination
Where do I go if Iโm interested? What will I find there? How will it
connect with other information or resources I may need on my journey?
10. A way to engage
more
It may take several steps between โ Iโve heard of youโ to โI want to buy
nowโ especially if you are in the B2B space. Give your new or returning
friend something to do here. Contribute an idea, ask a question, watch a
video, share with friends. Your friend may not be a buyer, but if they
share your interests, they have friends who do tooโฆ
11. A way to stay

They came, they saw, they commented. How and when will you see
them again? Establish a pattern: sign up, subscribe or join means we can
check-in periodically.
12. A way to engage
others
Your target isnโt only the person in front of you, itโs the people they talk
to. In B2B this is a critical element of the sales cycle. In both B2B and B2C
this is the foundation of your reputation. What are you doing to make it
easy for your audience to tell or share your story to others?
