8. Layer 6 ThePresentationisthesixthlayer. Defines data formats, includingencryption, data conversion, audio / visul, andgraphics. There are a fewProtocolsandServiceslike: - MPEG, HTML, MIDI, ASCII, EBCDIC, TIFF, GIF, PICT.

9. Layer 7 Finalytheseventhlayer, theAplication – Identifiesandestablishesavaibilityofcommunicationpartners. Determines whetherresources are sufficientfforthecommunication to occur. ProtocolsandServices: - FTP, SMTP, Telnet, Web Browsers, CMIP, and Virtual Terminal Protocol.
