This study examined the relationships between exercise, sleep, and caffeine consumption among 16 undergraduate students. It found that number of hours exercised was positively associated with number of hours slept during the school week. It also found that caffeine consumption was negatively associated with number of hours slept during the school week. There was no significant association found between caffeine consumption and number of hours exercised. The study collected data using a questionnaire that gathered demographic information as well as data on sleep habits, exercise routines, and caffeine intake.
