2011 - 2012 GTT, a business idea developed by me, was founded as a joint-
stock company by the partnership of 6 companies in May 2011.
GTT is the first and only company in Turkey which manages all
stages of supply chain (like supply, order management,
logistics management and merchandising) from one hand in
order to meet the needs of national and local supermarkets.
Among the partners are leading companies of the sector;
namely NETLOG LOGISTICS, MEYSAN, ALARA, AGROBAY,
GOKKALE ( RAMSEY GROUP) and HASPAK.
Since the most important point within this organization was
GRUP TARIM TEDAR K Supply Chain Management, this department’s management
VE T CARET A.Ş. was given to me and one of the partners became CEO. The
company made its first sales in October 2011 and became
known in the sector with a revenue of 4.000.000 TL/month ,
HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN growth with 8% EBIT, and a volume of 40.000 tons in the first
year.

I successfully completed the projects of opening of the
platforms, preparing the supply plans on yearly basis, supplier
planning, software development, transportation and distribution

3. 2010-2012
Haspak, with its packing and distribution capacity of 40.000
tons/Year has been supplying fresh food to many national and
local supermarkets since 2002 as one of the leading
companies of the sector.

PAKETLEME LTD. I had worked as a consultant for them in the past and I moved
to Antalya in 2010 upon their offer to me to become their
board member.

First I developed projects to fulfill infrastructural needs which
emerged as a result of company’s growth. With staff
www.haspak.com optimization and automatization of the machinery park, order
fulfillment rate was increased to 100%.
Projcts were developed to decrease the debt stock and 2 million
TL/year additional saving was achieved by cost cutting
projects. Within this context, number of staff was decreased to
84 from 160, fixed costs were decreased to 350.000 TL from
500.000 TL. With the optimization of stock and distribution
costs, a saving of 300.000 TL/year was achieved.
With the re-organization of the company, a flexible supply
chain model which could answer the customer needs quickly
was launched.
On daily basis, packaging quantity was raised to 1200
kg/person from 800 kg/person and packaging quantity per hour
was raised to 20 tons from 12 tons with automatic sorting
machines.
2010-2012 FSL, the first and only company in Turkey with IFS LOGISTICS
certificate, was founded in 2010 to supply fresh food to national
and local supermarkets.
In this system goods supplied from suppliers for METRO and
REAL were handled on store basis, weighed and delivered to
stores according to IFS rules. 200.000 pallets were handled per
year.
FRESH FOOD SUPPLY &
LOGISTICS In this process, 1.2 million TL was earned from platform and
the company became profitable with 35% EBITA. In the
PROFESSIONAL BOARD meantime A101, DIA, ŞOK, G2M also became customers. All

4. 2005-2010 After my career at DHL ended, I re-modelled and activated my
company Lojitek. With 16 engineers and 5 project managers
working, this company became a brand in its sector and trained

2004-2005 DHL is one of the biggest companies of the world in air cargo
transportation. In addition to this, they decided to give logistics
service to the customers and offered me a job about this.
As soon as I started to work, I prepared a large scale business
plan and sent it for approval to the headquarters in Europe.

CHAIN SOLUTION, our department was dissolved and our
business contract was terminated mutually.
5. 2003-2004 RL LOJ ST K (cargo@cargo) was taken over by ARIKANLI
HOLD NG in 2002 to produce B-to-B cargo distribution and
logistics service. I was invited to their team related to logistics
organization.
Firstly, projects about logistics infrastructure were started, a
model to achieve cargo-logistics synergy was launched. At this
stage, cargo branches were converted logistics brances & small
and midium size logistics centers where functional warehouse,
distribution, crosddock operations were carried out.

more synergy was achieved and profitability was increased. The

company which was losing money in 2002-2003 period,
became profitable with more than 70% growth.
Project & Business In the first 3 months, I added companies like TOTAL, MOB L;
Development Manager BAYER to the customer portfolio and achieved a turnover of 6
million TL. In the following days we increased the turnover to
15 million TL by adding the companies with local transportation
volume. We launched an integrated logistics management
software that could handle cargo and logistics processes
together for the first time in Turkey. I leaded this project.
2002-2003 After my career at TNT ended, I founded Lojitek to share my
experience as a consultant.
In this process, I gave project based consultancy service about
management and investment issues to companies like Trakya
Cam, Arçelik, Multimedya Elektronik, zmir Lojistik, ETSUN

6. 2000-2002 After I returned from USA, I started to work for this company.
Cargothech Lojistik is the first logistics and cargo company in
Turkey with its warehousing area of 40.000 m2, international
customers and more than 300 employees. I managed the
warehouse in this process with 120 employees, 200 tons of
distribution and transportation and handled customers like
L’OREAL, ADIDAS, KODAK, MAKO, SEBIT, MIGROS, BETEK,
JOHNSON WAX, VILEDA, CASTROL, P&G, BANG&OLUFSEN and
NOVARTIS.
With staff optimization and area consolidation, an increase of
TNT LOJ ST K & 80% in EBITA increase and a decrease of 40% in labor cost
CARGOTECH LOJ ST K were achieved. On time order fulfillment rate was increased to
99,6% and stock accuracy rate was increased %99,7.
LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
ASSISTANT MANAGER & Besides my above mentioned duties, I also prepared the

management and implementation.

1997-1999 After completion of my military service, I started to work at
ÇDAŞ DEM R ÇEL K. During my career here, I worked about
registering of operating supplies and raw material stocks with a
value of 100 million TL and managing their movements. 30.000
SKU were coded, keyed into the IT system and registered. The
30.000 m2 warehouse and 100 employees were managed by
me.
