My name is Fabio Melotto, I am the enologist and
winemaker of the Ca’Botta wines.
I welcome and invite you to try our elegant collection of
wines, from sparkling prosecco to full bodied legendary
Amarone.
I grew up among the best lands in the world,
surrounded by the beautiful sceneries of Lake Garda,
the regions Veneto and Valpolicella are among the most
magnificent and renowned.
The enologist is an artist who shapes the character of the
wines, giving them their soul. I am responsible for the
aromas in your glass, the associations that they give
and the pleasure that you feel in the taste. I am proud to
share my affection for the Italian soil and grapes through
the wines that you drink.
Ca’Botta wines are created with passion and aspiration
to convey our love and respect for our territories in this
“drink for gods”.
The moment you open the bottle of our Amarone, you
will feel the deep, powerful taste of the well established
wine that has achieved fame around the world. During a
