My name is Yoland Jno Jules and I am 59 years old, I have been actively employed as per my
CV attached coupled with over 36 years ‘experience with the Ministry of Public works and
the Public Works Cooperation. Presently as Public relation, sales and Marketing officer for 9
years, I have also served the department as Time Keeper 12 years, Road Supervisor 10 years
Road Superintendent 5 years. I am also serving voluntarily in the Local Government system
in Dominica. For 41 years.
I have served as a member of the Vieille Case Village Council, from 1974 to the present and
held the Chairmanship for 6 years from 1979-1985. I am a founding member of the Dominica
Association of Village Councils (1990) which has since evolved into the present day DALCA
and have held the position of Chairman from 2011 to this present time, I am also the
Chairman of the Northern Association of local Authorities, Chairman of the Marketing
committee of the National Cooperative Credit Union NCCU.
I now have a desire to move on and to share my Wealth of experience with Local
Government Organizations, NGO’s and any other group or organizations who is in need of
training.
