C:-
C IS A GENERAL-PURPOSE PROGRAMMING
LANGUAGE ORIGINALLY DEVELOPED BY DENNIS
RITCHIE IN THE EARLY 1970S AT BELL LABS. IT
IS WIDELY USED AND CONSIDERED ONE OF THE
MOST INFLUENTIAL PROGRAMMING
LANGUAGES IN THE HISTORY OF COMPUTING.
C++:-
C++ is a powerful and versatile
programming language that evolved from
the C programming language. Bjarne
Stroustrup developed it in the early 1980s
at Bell Labs. C++ is an object-oriented
language, that allows developers to
organize code into reusable classes and
objects.

Day 1: (Monday, 7th Aug 2023)• Installation of Codeblock/Turbo C++ on Laptops.
⚫ Structure of the first program: Printing "Hello World" on the screen. Data types (Built-in & user-
defined). Writing and Reading (use of printf() and scanf()).
Day 2: (Tuesday, 8th Aug 2023)Overview of procedure-oriented programming (POP). Decision control
structures: if, if-else, switch case, (use of break).
Day 3: Day 3: (Wednesday, 9th Aug 2023)Loops: while, for, do...while, (use of continue, exit()). Array:
One-dimensional.
Day 4: (Thursday, 10th Aug 2023)Overview of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Differences between POP and OOP.
⚫ Learning first program with C++ using cout and cin
Day 5: (Friday, 11th Aug 2023)Constructor and its types.Inheritance & its types.
Day 6: (Monday, 14th Aug 2023)⚫ MCQ-based Assessment on C/C++.• Assessment on verbal expression
for "Introduce yourself".
Day 4: (Thursday, 10th Aug 2023)Overview of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Differences between POP and OOP.
⚫ Learning first program with C++ using cout and cin
Code of conduct:
1. Punctual: Be on time.
2. Essentials: Bring Books for C/C++ and notebooks/pens etc.
3. Attendance: Attend all sessions sincerely. 4. Dress Code: Wear the complete college uniform.
5. Location: Seat only in the respective Class and Laboratory.
6. Personnel: Bring your own laptop mandatorily.
7. Lab Equipment: Handle all lab types of equipment with care
