Buzzing is a powerful tool for social and commercial marketing with minimal costs, as it requires only internet access. It has a global reach and can create valuable insights from user responses. However, some consider buzzing too casual for important topics. Additionally, limited internet availability in some contexts like rural Zambia can hinder its use. While mostly used for social purposes in Zambia currently, the author believes buzzing has untapped potential for commercial and academic communication there with its low costs and unlimited potential if more organizations adopt digital approaches.
