Corporations are managing Business Transformations program over thirty years, even
though no defined industry best practices are available. Major vendors (such as IBM,
Deloitte, Microsoft, etc.) and various corporations are utilizing proprietary
methodologies to deliver Business Transformation (BT) program. Research suggests
that managing Business Transformation program can be very tedious and painful
process including (not limited to):
• Managing multiple stakeholders and their expectations
• Insufficient business vision and program roadmap
• Business needs and future states are not clearly defined
• Unclear expectations and responsibilities;
• Lack of best practices and success stories, etc.
Every business transformation program is unique. However, a holistic view can be
