OVERVIEW

The backbone of InContext’s planning framework is the
Business Outcome Map which creates a “one page view”
of the business. In developing the “Map” or "Dashboard",
an understanding of the basic functions of all systems, and
processes is described in a clear, simple intuitive model in
the language of the business.

In doing so, problem target areas quickly become visible
and the “Dashboard” will provide a reference point to
quickly determine which activities add most value and
where immediate improvements can occur to optimise an
organisation’s performance.
