This presentation proposes developing an organization called WE Community to help underprivileged students in Bangladesh. The organization would have the following structure: advisors, a general assembly, board of directors, executive director, country directors, school director, and various administrative and project officers. University students would serve as members and conduct activities to raise funds like operating a coffee shop in Beijing, organizing tours, and holding a movie week. These funds would support a proposed school project - an English medium school for middle class children in grades 3 through 10 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Next steps include establishing organizational laws and registering as an INGO once pilot projects help children.

 Don’t have food, clothes, shelter
 Earn money 50-300 tk/Day by doing something or begging
 Parents don’t let their children study because of poverty
and illiteracy
 To educate children especially street children, have to take
all responsibility like food, clothes, shelter and so on
 Difficult to find out real income/situation of slum
dwellers/ street children
 Many children are drug addicted or engaged in crime like
pick pocket or drug selling
 Not easy to enthusiastic but poor students in Dhaka
