1. How have the hotels implementing the principals of sustainable development? What evidence (how do they communicate that evidence) has been observerovided? ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
2. Which sustainable development aspects are the most important for each group of stakeholders? Stakeholders  Current situation Possibilities Customers  Not all the groups of costumers are sustainable. Discount system for being sustainable (ex.: For not changing towels so often ) Employees The basic rules in a sustainable company: turn of the light, don't let water running, turn of the heaterC when you leave the room  and etc. Sustainability competitions between  the stuff, for a sustainable prize. Suppliers  Supplying Local food and beverages.  Use not only local but as well more ecological products. Shareholders Rarely interested in sustainability, they are more interested in profit. Have more interest in sustainability because it can help to enlarge there profit. Governments and other institutions Rules and regulations. Local environment Work opportunities for the local people.
3. Which means for gathering feedback from stakeholders do the hotels apply? What do the hotels do to encourage cooperation with and engagement of stakeholders into the process. Stakeholders  Feedback from Cooperation encouragement activities  Customers  Questionnaires, Internet, E-mail. Discount system for a feedback Employees Chance to express their ideas  for good and usable ideas Suppliers Shareholders Governments and other institutions Local environment
4. What incentives encourage participation (of the hotels) in the process of sustainable development? Incentive Current situation Possibilities Green key Spread widely froe Europe Eco-labels Not widely spared no united system United system creation for customers . Lower tax Not widely spread Can increase the  spreading of the ideas of  sustainability.
5. What are the benefits of the part of sustainable development process (consider each stakeholder group)? Stakeholder Current situation Possibilities Customers Just feel good Creating a better planet Employees Suppliers The more sustainable you are the more companies want to work with you. Using alternative transportation to minimize CO 2  emission Shareholders Sustainable image adds more profit.  Have more interest in sustainability not because of the profit but because of the PLANET Governments and other institutions Trying to create  a sustainable image The more sustainable your country, the more  tourist you can attract.  Local environment.
