2. You should never bully someone. If someone
is bullying you, tell someone you trust and
they will take suitable action.
Different kinds of bullying are:
• Cyber bullying (through the internet)
• Physical bullying (actually wounding
someone)
• Emotional/mental bullying (name calling,
shouting etc)
3. Cyber Bullying
Cyber bullying is when somebody uses
the internet or mobile phones to harm
someone. The internet is a wonderful
place but also very dangerous.
Resources you use for fun can also be
used against you.
Sometimes cyber bullying is done
anonymously so you don’t know who is
saying nasty things but it still hurts, no
matter who is saying it to you. Or how
many people are doing it…
It’s really serious, even if it does start out
as a bit of a joke. If the people are
found, they will be punished.
4. Physical Bullying
Physical bullying is when someone kicks, slaps,
hits or hurts you literally in any way.
This is very severe and you should definitely tell
someone even if they threaten you. The sooner
they are caught, the better. It might not just be
you they are hurting.
5. Emotional Bullying
Almost everybody gets emotionally bullied
at some time in their childhood and
adulthood. It seems to be the one which
hurts the most. It can start very small
and lead up to big things, such as
people getting depressed, self harming
and even committing suicide.
Never say unnecessary, judgemental,
horrible things to people. You probably
just know their name, not their story.

trusted adult so they can take suitable
actions.

problem is not serious enough but they
