• Physical abuse, such as, hitting a person,
pushing a person around, or harming their
bodies.
• Verbal abuse is calling them names, and
saying stuff that is not true so people do not
like them.

5. How to avoid bullying
Do not talk about people behind their back or say things that will hurt them.
Sometimes, even calling them stupid can hurt, even if you didn’t mean it like
that! Do not use physical force in anyway whether it is pushing, punching or
kicking someone. You should always think of treating others how you want to
be treated!

6. What can happen if
a person is bullied!
A person could start to become
sick due to all the hurt they get
and if they do not feel better
they can hurt themselves. Being
bullied can cause a person to be
very sad and scared to go places.
