1. Animation (a-nė-mā-shėn) n. The rapid display of a sequence of images in order to create an illusion of movement. It is an optical illusion of motion due to the phenomenon of persistence of vision. Low Budget (lō buj-it) n. Short deadlines that do not allow you time to learn a new software program, such as Flash, nor enough money to hire an expert.
