This document discusses building a cloud orchestrator using NodeJS and Docker. It introduces ORCH, a dynamic microservice cloud orchestrator that is not yet production ready. ORCH allows dynamically onboarding microservices by instantiating Docker containers, extending APIs and data models, and triggering actions via events. The demo shows instantiating basic and REST services that provision computing resources on demand to achieve the agility of cloud with economies of data center hardware. The presenter encourages collaboration on ORCH through OpenCORD's wiki and JIRA.
