Last work done = previous payout total quantity
This workdone = total quantity – previous payout workdone
This WDxRate should be “total workdone x Rate”
Outstanding will be outstanding + “total workdone x Rate”
Then when time goes on, the number of site will increase and therefore, to hide the site, will need a paid qty column. So for eg, when
the payout is RM1000, it will convert to qty by dividing rate, which is equivalent to 25,000. So once the payout is equivalent to total
qty, then it will no longer shown.

38. Release of retention—don’t understand, put
where
• The retention amount in claim and cert will be released after
completion of project.
• Usually they will release half upon completion, then the other half
after 1 year.
• So can add a ‘select’ in the form to select either 0 (mean not yet
release), 50% release, 100% release, manual release(which mean we
key in the value ourselves)
