- #2 A fitness and aerobic craze gripped the country in the 1980’s. With the VCR becoming more common in households, a friend of Jane Fonda, who had a best selling workout book, convinced her to create a video recording to allow women to exercise at home. Thus, in 1982, Jane Fonda’s first workout video cassette was released. In 10 years, Fonda released 16 videos. Today 1 out of 5 Americans pay for a gym membership.

- #19 Also used HIDE THIS plugin because MP does not have easy way to customize messages .. we want a log in for unauthorized content, but for a member/user who may already be logged in from a previous challenge but hasn’t joined current Challenge, the message would still say “Log In or Join” .. we hide the Log In part because they are already logged in… MP does not determine this.

- #22 Log points … limits set to allow only one entry per user per day (used Pippin code for this) also limited submission to same day after 8pm until next day until 5pm. Each category also has limit on max points per day. We added functionality to allow a “Free Nutrition Day” where user gets one day off, but can still score 12 nutrition points. Also after 5 consecutive 12 nutrition point days, user automatically gets an extra nutrition point on the 6th day. db-table.php
