“ THE WORD BUDDHA IS
A TITLE AND NOT A
NAME. IT MEANS "ONE
WHO IS AWAKE" IN THE
SENSE OF HAVING
'WOKEN UP TO REALITY
“”

What is buddhism?
 Buddhism is a way of teaching practices, such
as meditation, are a means to transform
    oneself, develop the qualities of
    awareness, kindness and wisdom.
It is a religion?
 Buddhism is considered "non-theistic" and
explicitly denies the concept of a creator god.
 Through the senses is not enough to explain
the human condition. So it is difficult to catalog
Buddhism as a religion or philosophy
What does it teach?
 Buddhism sees life as a process of changing
their practices and try to take advantage of this
principle to use the inevitable changes to
improve our lives, it has developed a process
to work directly with the mind that is meditation

 Lessons covering the fields of
ethics, philosophical, social work and human
    development in all its aspects:
    intellectual, emotional, spiritual and cultural.
Buddhism in the world
 Between 1.691 billion and the 230
 Buddhism is the major religion of humanity
following according to the study of the Global
Center for the Study of the Contemporary
    World
Who is Buda?
 The title describes the achievement of a man
named Siddhartha Gautama, who lived; 2,500
years ago in northern India. When I dyed, at
35, after years of effort, he, the illumination,
being in deep Yoga Meditation, n. During the
remaining 45 years of his life traveled, for
much of northern India, spreading his teaching
of the path to the illumination, n. His teaching
is known in the East as the Buddha-Dharma -
    "Enlightened Teaching".
how it affects your community?
 Buddhism is the main belief in society that
Asia is where most shows, few people accept
it as a religion worse if, as a way of life, exactly
23% on this continent, and Asia do not know
much about other religions this is your primary
and they teach the young. Proof of this is that
China is considered an officially atheist country
and for this reason his belief is because the
Buddha is not a god or a divine being that this
    is isolated community knowledge
how it affects us?
 Most of Asia are followers of Buddha but in
our society often hear this but we have only
this as a relationship that will give us money
and good energy but the truth goes beyond
that, it's getting to the point of for guided
meditation and embrace the changes that we
have in our lives and not just as a source
where we will find what we want and need
