We analyzed dairy products like milk, butter, and yogurt using the biuret test to check for the presence of proteins. The test mixes the food with sodium hydroxide and copper sulfate solutions, which causes a purple color reaction in the presence of proteins. All the dairy products produced a purple shade, confirming they contain proteins. We also did a blank test without proteins, which showed no color change, proving the test only works with proteins present.

- Starch, as indicated by the rice turning black when tested with iodine.
- A small amount of protein, as the rice mixed with Biuret solutions turned a light blue color.

- Very little fat, as rubbing rice on paper did not leave much residue.
