7. 7Our Values
Our Values
Thanks to you, we are a successful company and we make
sure to add value by hitting the details. Keeping us and our
people safe, driving a culture of environmental conscious-
ness while exceeding the needs of a growing industry is the
foundation on which Aluminicaste was built.

Respect
Teamwork
These values allow our team, clients and vendors to come
with innovative and sustainable ideas to create a network of
trust within the industry.
10. 10
Our focus makes us different. We developed and constantly
review our processes to insure we are creating the most
efficient programs for the production of extrusion billet,
forging billet and rolling slab.
While utilizing Airslip®
technology on our casting machines,
we understand the input of our quality, processed and ex-
amined scrap along with the finest adders to create a molten
product which allows the new technology to perform at its
peak.
As important is the down- stream activities of homogenizing
and cooling. These process steps are followed and reviewed
as closely as the others to make sure the correct recipes and
time schedules are utilized to produce a product which your
press can then use to max out its performance.
