Michael Boggs has been employed by DAP Inc. since May 1993. He was appointed team leader of a project team tasked with developing an employee incentives program. As team leader, Mr. Boggs provided direction to the team, collaborated with department heads, and helped prepare a document outlining the proposed program. The project was completed ahead of schedule with few issues. Based on his performance on this project, Mr. Boggs' manager believes he has demonstrated the ability to direct project teams and that his skills would be further strengthened through additional training.
