The  following  is  a  brief  description  of  how  Training  Business  for  
Growth  works  with  our  clients,  please  note  we  work  in  areas  
prompted  by  you  and  the  sole  aim  is  to  improve  the  productivity  
and  success  of  your  business:  
• Act  as  a  sounding  board  for  your  creative  thinking  and  
problem  solving.  
• Help  with  the  preparation  of  Business  Plans.    I  have  over  50  
different  industry  templates  that  will  help  you  save  time  and  
ensure  a  professional  presentation.    
• Support  in  developing,  broadening  and  refreshing  
Communication  and  Management  Skills.  
• Analyse  your  business’s  Opportunity  Cost.    Warren  Buffet  
one  of  the  World’s  richest  and  most  successful  men;  has  
earned  his  fortune  by  investing  wisely.  Before  investing  he  
looks  at  the  Opportunity  Cost  of  what  he  could  earn  by  
investing  elsewhere  this  way  he  is  more  likely  to  make  the  
right  decision.  I  encourage  my  clients  to  look  at  the  
Opportunity  Cost  in  two  areas,  how  they  spend  their  time  
and  how  they  spend  company  money.    
• Identify  new  markets  and  more  effective  ways  of  selling  into  
your  existing  markets.    
• Advise  in  the  creation  of  a  Marketing  Strategy,  covering  the  
following  elements:  branding,  targeting,  pricing  and  
positioning,  promotions  strategy,  strategic  alliance  strategy,  
communications  and  conversion  strategy.  
• Prepare  Action  Plans  for  each  activity  and  a  sales  strategy  to  
ensure  that  new  targets  are  met  and  much,  much  more.
