Although my job title of Database Administrator may not immediately reflect it, I have a great deal of experience in product development, new system implementations and technical planning of customized educational systems including student information and learning management systems and online admission applications, just to name a few.
Furthermore, I served as the customer service point-person for resolving internally and externally generated issues and inquires regarding our Web site, databases, SIS, LMS, enrollment, online applications, school administered devices and software. Additionally, I was responsible for supervising and training multiple data entry personnel, ensuring adherence to the protocols and procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of our school’s databases.
I am able to interact in a professional and discreet manner across departments and with external vendors establishing effective two-way communication with a wide-range of people at all levels in order to accomplish goals and to maintain positive working relationships. I am highly driven to ensure the best customer service experience possible for all stakeholders.
