Gender refers to the socially constructed roles played by women and men
that are assigned on the basis of the sex.
 According to WHO-2001 “Gender refers to the economic, social and cultural attributes
and opportunities associated with being and female in particular point of time.
Gender is mainly assigned by the society according to their sex.
