year by 4% and ahead
of 2012 by 5%. Many
closings tend to be
toward the end of the
month, thus the spikes
each month.

8. My View of the Market
 The market is slowing down for the year but there are
many buyers still out there waiting for new listings to
come on the market.
 Looking ahead to 2015 it seems that not much has
changed. Interest rates are still favorable, the local
job market is good and inventory is low.
