year by 4% and ahead
of 2012 by 5%. Many
closings tend to be
toward the end of the
month, thus the spikes
each month.
8. My View of the Market
The market is slowing down for the year but there are
many buyers still out there waiting for new listings to
come on the market.
Looking ahead to 2015 it seems that not much has
changed. Interest rates are still favorable, the local
job market is good and inventory is low.
