Price Reductions
2013
2014
2015
2016
Presented here are the
number of price reductions
made each week over the past
four years. When houses are
selling fast there are fewer
price reductions. We have
seen a steady climb in price
reductions since May.
11. My View of the Market
The market has slowed – houses are staying on the
market longer, there are more price reductions and fewer
properties going on the market. However, nice
properties in good shape are still getting multiple offers.
Last week a buyer of mine was one of seven offers on a
house in Boulder listed for $800,000. Buyers are
lingering, waiting for a good deal.
