About Us
• Bottomline Matter is a business transformation consulting firm. We
collaborate with clients to achieve rapid & sustainable improvements in
Profit and Free Cash through application of Theory of Constraints.
The Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a management philosophy developed
by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt. TOC treats a corporation not as a collection of
independent processes but as a complete system. In the same way that
the strength of a chain is limited by the strength of the weakest link, the
performance of any organization is limited by the performance of
the “system constraint”.

• Dr. Goldratt created and developed the Theory of Constraints, an overall
framework for helping organizations and individuals to determine:
What to change – find and use the leverage point
What to change to – create simple, practical solutions
How to cause the change – build a secure and stable improvement
environment
We are a results-driven and implementation focused firm. We do not leave
you with few slides of powerpoint recommendations, instead we take it on
us to be with you through the implementation. We believe in a win-win
partnership and we demonstrate it through a unique model of commercial
contract - a large part of our fee is linked directly to the results produced.

We help our clients to grow topline and enable them to turnaround from
loss to profit making or increase profits by 50%-100%. In many cases we
have eliminated cash shortages of our clients without increasing
borrowings.

We collaborate with clients to achieve rapid & sustainable improvements in Profit and Free Cash through application of Theory of Constraints. The Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a management philosophy developed by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt. TOC treats a corporation not as a collection of independent processes but as a complete system. In the same way that the strength of a chain is limited by the strength of the weakest link, the performance of any organization is limited by the performance of the “system constraint”.
