Are these more important than the technology- related issues? Develop a few examples to justify your answer. Solution The use of technology will definately allow the company to achieve both objectives at the same time. It explained in below given points . 1. With in the company we can apply the access rights on users level. We can identify the various group of users, and according to the need of users group, we can apply various access rights to each users groups. 2. Let take an example of social networking websites, lets suppose we have two users group in the company named A and B, where A have customer interfacing, so for user group A , we can enable the use of social networking websites, to communicate and make good relationship with customers. 3. Same can be done with company related emails also. We can sent the company related emails with digital signature. Here in this case the authentic user who having access rights can access the emails signed with digital signature. Technology related issues are more important t han the cultural changes, In terms of cultural changes, we can change the setting arrangements within the organization, so that users or the employess with same access rights sit together, and employess with less access rights sit together in other places. Because if both type of employess sit together then it can happen than authentic information gets leaked. .
