• 2. LV switch gear: (NMR ‐601 under
Preparation)
• Expected delivery of 22 to 24 weeks 
after Release of Downpayment
• Target Delivery on 28 August 2014
• 3. Automatic Transfer Switch‐
• Expected delivery of 16 to 20 weeks 
after Release of Downpayment
• Target Delivery on 17 August 2014
• 3. Single Core Cable:
• Target Delivery Completion on 30
April 2014
• 4. Dry Transformer:
• Expected delivery of 22 to 24 Weeks 
after release of Downpayment
• Assuming the release of DP will be 30 
April 2014, Assumed delivery will be 
15 October 2014
• Actual Target Delivery Completion to
be Confirm
• 1. Fire Water Booster Pump: (NMR ‐
601 under Preparation)
• Expected delivery of 24 to 26 weeks 
after Release of Downpayment
• Target Delivery on 28 September 
2014
• 1. If NESMA agreed on submittal of Recovery 
Schedule.
A. NESMA admit the caused of Delay as her own 
sole responsibilities.
B. SAPMT are waived for responsibilities caused 
on such delays.
Hence:
“RECOVERY SCHEDULE is not advised to
submit”:
2.  Civil & Architectural Works:
‐Changes in Building External Finishing 
Materials.
‐ External Metal Works (Roofing and 
Canopies) has been revised
3. Electrical Works:
‐Caused by Long Lead Items (Material 
Approval, Material Inspection Procedures)
A.Single Core Cables
‐Change of Three core to Single core EP Cable
‐Inspection of materials in USA was held 10 
February 2014 causing the Actual  delivery 
before end of April 2014. Baseline Schedule 
requires the delivery completion of cables 
since 07 May 2013.
B. Dry Transformer:
MR technical submittal are still on going.
MR 016‐A submitted and Approved 16 March 
2014 with Comments (Supplier is not 
Approved by ARAMCO)
MR 016‐B is expected to be submitted 1st week 
of April
Delivery expected 22 to 24 weeks from Release 
of Downpayment. 
4. Mechanical:
Fire Booster Pump
‐Actual MR approved 31 October 2014, 
Baseline requires MR Approval since 13 
January 2013.
• Resist Submittal of “Recovery Schedule”
• Fast Track Equipment/Material Approval 
Procedures as Revision of Plan and 
Construction will based from Size and 
Specification of the Approved Materials.
• Nesma to Submit “ Extension of Time 
Schedule” or Stretch of BASELINE schedule 
based on LONG LEAD ITEMS DELIVERY after 
confirmation of Material Actual Delivery 
dates.
