Execution of Cogeneration Plant Installation Report-1. Erection at site progress report-1 The power plant is state of the art machinery and engineering practice . The plant not only fulfill the power requirement by steam requirement as well and at the same time fulfilling all the legal aspects, including environmental requirements. It includes basic and detailed engineering as per prevailing standards of engineering & technology. No overloading occurred to any section through all simulation cases, 1-1 to 4-1 by power flow analyses, on the other hand, transient stability analyses resulted in instability with all planned power plants as conducted for case 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1. On the other hands, the connection of new Lakhra power plant in case 1-2, 2-2, and 3-2 concluded steady with specific power plants which we assumed to be installed by 2020 from viewpoint of realization on schedule. Among the stable cases, the case 1 (2 connection to existing 500 kV transmission line between Jamshoro and Dadu New substations) was consequently selected most feasible in consideration with additional erection cost of transmission line to Matiari S/S. 7.3.2 Codes and Standards The new power plant will be designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested following international codes and standards.
