Maison Blanche is a chic restaurant located atop the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris with beautiful views of the Seine and Eiffel Tower. A new chef, Fabrice Giraud, was brought in from southern France in March and brings sun-kissed flavors to the cuisine. A recent meal started with Scottish salmon infused with Earl Grey tea and finished with a sublime chocolate fondant made with Paul D's secret recipe. Though the meal was eaten inside due to weather, diners were dazzled by sunshine through floor-to-ceiling windows during the middle of the meal.
