This document provides summaries of various projects that utilized Qualified Energy Conservation Bonds (QECBs) to fund energy efficiency improvements. It describes projects in Allegheny County, PA that used $9.3 million in QECBs for jail and regional center upgrades, resulting in annual energy savings of $1.56 million. It also discusses projects in other locations like Manchester, NH; Surprise, AZ; Foothills Park & Rec Dept in Colorado; Deerfield, IL; Yolo County, CA; Colorado School of Mines; and St. Louis that implemented energy efficiency upgrades using QECBs. These upgrades aimed to reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
