Early life
• Bob Dylan was born on May 24-1941 in
Duluth. This is a quite big city situated at
the north of the Minnesota state.
• Bob started writing poems at around the
age of ten and soon also taught himself
to play the piano and guitar.
• While attending the University of
Minnesota, he began performing folk
and country songs at local cafés, taking
the name "Bob Dillon.“
• He also used to imitate artists such as
Elvis Presley or Little Richard on the
piano at high school dances.
Motorcycle accident
• At the age of 25 Dylan broke his neck in a fatal
motorcycle crash.
• He began reflecting upon his religious
beliefs and personal priorities, and wrote
songs that reflected his sense of inner
peace and satisfaction.
About his music career
• In 1961 he was offered a recording contract
with Columbia Records. His first album was to
be simply called "Bob Dylan".
• From then and moving on, he recorded 128
albums.
• Some of his most famous songs are:
Times are changing Blowing in the wind
Like a rolling Stone Forever young
